Star Conflict is a free-to-play 3D spaceship combat MMO by Gaijin Entertainment. In Star Conflict, players will begin by choosing one of three factions. Each faction has its rich backstory and features an incredibly detailed progression list of unique faction-specific spacecraft.
You feel as though you can play an infinite number of roles. You have three races to choose from: Jericho, Empire, and Federation. Every race has two factions, and by increasing your reputation, you can gain access to particular Every faction has three upgrade levels for its mark 3 gear, and the only way to get mark 3 gear is through reputation. Every race has a linear skill system, which means that you gain new skills at every level. To have the best possible combination, you should preferably have all three levels fully developed. For instance, empire offers you a 7% damage boost while Federation gives you a 50% damage boost to your critical.
There are 3 types of ships: interceptors (fast and light), fighters (medium ships), and frigates (the slowest and most durable) frigates are the only ships with sniper modules and a missile you can pilot yourself to their destination, allowing you to just sit back and defend base while hitting targets on the other side of the battlefield, the drawback is while you're busy sniping a nasty interceptor might get behind you, disable your guns, modules, and engines and start gunning you down from your blind-spot. Each race has a specific type of special ability: Empire has overdrive, 66% increased move speed, attack speed, turn rate for 10 seconds micro-warp drive, 2.5 second charge time and then you move 28 times faster for 2 seconds (about 10 km) empire frigates have the sniper module. Federation ships can cloak, put a DOT, and summon drones Jericho (didn't play them much) has that remote-controlled missile. Though I can't wait to start using them.
The main problem with these badly written manuals, which could leave a new player wondering, "WHAT did I just read?" is that they don't include a clear description of how the game works, at least not in English. Players are forced to attempt to characterize Star Conflict's gameplay based on their individual gaming experiences in the absence of a clear description. Some players also attempt to project an air of superiority by claiming things like, "Oh, you can't understand because you're not max rank, and you don't have x amount of hours like I do, and you don't have the customize-able ships," etc. However, those players are unable to respond when you pose meaningful questions concerning how the game is structured. However, they will almost certainly attempt to persuade you that they have provided the best solution to your query and that nobody else can. This makes the distance to construct a clear statement of game-play greater.
